POST /v1/payment-connections/{connection_id}/webhooks/stripe
Stripe snapshot event delivery. Verify original request bytes using the connection signing secret; not a bearer-authenticated commerce write.
This endpoint receives provider-signed events, not Nexus Bearer tokens.
