GET /v1/customer-portal/offers
Customer-facing catalog and quote endpoints derive tenant and customer scope from the authenticated portal member; callers cannot select either.
The server validates credentials, tenant, environment and permissions. This page does not send requests. Replace example values; deployed server validation remains authoritative.
